Vidal Sassoon revolutionized hair dressing forever. He created the original “Bauhaus-inspired" hair style that is in the curriculum and arsenal of every hair dresser in the world; I am talking about the classically geometric Bob.
Today there a variety of Bob styles that can work on many different faces. The length of a Bob is technically when the hair is brushing the shoulder or shorter. The “lob” (long Bob) has become more popular in recent years; this referring to more of a collar bone length. Other variations of the classic Bob include wavy texture, asymmetry and with fringe.
These images are classic and modern VS Bobs. They are very seamless and capture the smooth, sleek texture of straight ironed hair. Check out these past and present looks.
