Cutting Specialist
I have a minimalist approach in hair cutting to ensure versatility with effortless maintenance. I love to curate and customize each shape for each individual, and I am passionate about spending time teaching my clients proper techniques for not only styling their own hair but also proper at home care. My goal is for everyone to be able to recreate and feel the same as the moment they step out of the salon!
My journey with hair began in Dallas, where I grew up. My path to focus on cutting was an easy choice. Always being creative, crafting and sculpting lead me to look at hair in the same way. There are sculptors and there are painters… I am a sculptor. Style is forever evolving and it is exciting to be part of it. I’ve been behind the chair for 15 years because I feel lucky to be in an industry that encourages me to develop my own personal style and continue to keep seeking.
When I moved to Denver in 2019 I was very excited to expand my passions! I have a running list of “future hobbies”. During my free time I dabble in various new artistic outlets including macrame, painting, drawing, needle point, hand embroidery, and modeling clay. This all led me to finding my favorite of all… I have created an accessory line called Lulu Made. My hair pins are hand formed and hammered brass used to create a more elevated yet simple updo. My earrings are a minimalist threader style using both 14 kt gold fill and sterling silver metals and a variety of healing crystals. I currently have them available at Goldie x Bob.
I also can’t get enough of my ever too quickly growing daughter and extremely talented and supportive spouse doing the things we love…cooking, exploring new places (locally and abroad), hiking, skiing, photography, and everything art!
