The talent you experience at our salon is treated dramatically differently than most in the industry. They receive subsidized group health as well as dental and vision benefits, 401K, unlimited vacation, short-term and long-term disability options, fully paid supplemental accident coverage, and access to a gym and a pool. And even regular chair massages.

And, on occasion, when business is good, and it’s time for a shot of true inspiration that radiates back into their clients’ experiences, our team has a destination experience where airfare and subsidized housing is provided. Prior to the pandemic, it was a week in Paris. Then it was Milan in the fall of 2022. Where next in 2024? Tokyo or Sydney.

Along with all this, a Goldie x Bob stylist is also afforded the highest possible commission on their services. Commissions so high most salons don’t try to compete. This is why the salon can be selective in the talent that calls Goldie x Bob their home.
