Commission
Structure, stability, and real leadership.
If you want a salon that runs clean—where you can focus on craft, grow with support, and be proud of the brand you represent—this is that environment.
What commissioned stylists gain from our Lead Stylist/Creative Direction.
• Mentorship in client retention, client relations, and salon best practices to support long-term career growth and guest loyalty.
• Daily quality control and service standards that create consistency, professionalism, and elevated guest experiences.
• Quarterly workshops and education sessions with partnered brands — including Wella, Mr. Smith, K18, and Reverie — guided by a structured education calendar.
• Photoshoot creative direction and collaborative team projects to build portfolio work and strengthen visual storytelling.
• Performance-based pricing guidance that supports strategic growth and earning potential.
• Structured pricing reviews integrated into performance conversations for clarity and progression.
• A brand environment you’re proud to represent, built on intentional culture and elevated standards.
• Consistent brand vision and guest experience standards across all public touchpoints and salon communications.
What commissioned stylists gain from our Operations Management
• Stability within a hybrid salon model that allows renters and commission stylists to thrive side by side without confusion or friction.
• Clear systems and policies that prevent model drift — keeping operations fair, organized, and sustainable as the salon grows.
• A seamless guest experience from check-in to checkout, where backend structures never disrupt the client journey.
• Protected front-of-house operations so guests experience consistent hospitality, flow, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
• Front desk and hospitality support that keeps daily operations running smoothly — including guest care, check-in/out flow, and maintaining a well-stocked salon environment.
• Less drama, more clarity, supported by transparent communication and expectations.
• Early problem-solving and operational oversight, addressing friction points before they impact culture, morale, or guest experience.
